Abstract

Dalam dunia persekolahan hubungan pendidik dan peserta didik erat kaitannya. Peserta didik mendapatkan materi melalui penyampaian materi dari pendidik. Output dari penyampain materi yang diterima oleh peserta didik dituangkan dalam bentuk penilaian atau evaluasi. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam pembelajaran di kelas terkait performa akademik yaitu rendahnya kesadaran dalam belajar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kesadaran belajar juga persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi terhadap performa akademik dimediasi dengan interaksi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sumber data yang dipergunakan ialah data primer yang didapat dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Kota Mojokerto. Jumlah sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 303 siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Kota Mojokerto. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Kesadaran belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interaksi pembelajaran, kesadaran belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap performa akademik, selain itu persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap interaksi pembelajaran.
