Abstrak

This study aims to see the effect of Discovery Learning Method on the speaking ability of Class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif Roudlotut Tholibin. This research design with pre-test and post-test techniques to assess the speaking ability of students before and after the application of the Discovery Learning Method. Discovery Learning Method. The data was analyzed using the N-gain test, and the results showed that the average value reached 57%, which indicates that the method is quite effective. This shows that the Discovery Learning method can help students improve their speaking skills. This study recommends teachers to use the discovery learning method in teaching to help students improve their speaking ability.
