Vocabulary mastery is crucial in English language acquisition as it forms the basis for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This study explores the effectiveness of the repeating vocabulary technique to enhance vocabulary mastery among seventh-grade students at Bhakti Junior High School, Malang. Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a quantitative approach, 14 students were involved as research subjects. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, classroom observation, and questionnaires. Results indicate that the average vocabulary test score improved from 66.43 to 78.21 after applying the technique. Observational data revealed that 78.5% of students participated actively, 92.8% completed tasks, and 64.2% used vocabulary appropriately in context. Questionnaire results showed positive student responses with an average score of 3.23 out of 4. This study concludes that the repeating vocabulary technique significantly improves vocabulary mastery and can be an effective teaching strategy.
